Baker, Garde Manger

Since first joining the Old Daley team in the spring of 2016, Chef Pete Cerreta has served as pastry chef and lead baker for both weddings and special events, while also working with management on menu development and recipe refinement. He has an associate’s degree in baking and pastry arts and a bachelor’s in professional studies from the Culinary Institute of America, through which he also received awards in baking. Alongside Chef Elliott Vogel, Chef Cerreta has developed standout recipes which will entice, then surprise Daley’s on Yates patrons.
